Every week we’ve been needing to take the dog to physical therapy appointments at MedVet to deal with her back and joint pain. The appointments last an hour and leave me or Beth Ann with time to kill waiting around to pass the time ad it’s far away enough that it would be impractical enough to drive there and back. As such I’ve been going to the Cafe Tola across the street and getting an empanada and then sitting on the curb by the (closed) side entrance of MedVet to read comics, eat, and watch the cars go by from a safe distance.
