Suddenly our 2012 Prius started making an awful rattling sound. Given that it hadn’t been in for maintenance since right before lockdown last year we figured now was as good a time as ever to bring it in.

Bringing the car here was surreal because it reminded me that the last time I was here was the last time I shook a stranger’s hand, something that feels so foreign now and may never return.
