For Valentine’s Day, Beth Ann wanted to eat White Castle and watch ‘Harold and Kumar go to White Castle.’ A good time was had and we were impressed how well the movie actually holds up. There is some light homophobia and misogyny, as you would expect from the time, unfortunately, but it’s still a 2004 mainstream comedy that was fronted by two people of color, and REALLY plays with the casual racism they face from white people and the police.
