New Years Eve was a quiet one for us. The sky was clear, the weather was chilly but not horrible.
I made a stop at Chicago’s Pizza for a slice to go and picked up coffee from Starbucks since all of the good local shops had closed for the holiday already. And then we stayed home. The first time I can recall that I didn’t go out and meet up with someone for New Years. Kinda weird, but we had a good time. In the prior years of this project 12/31 and 1/1 were pretty much all big group photos, now that seems almost unimaginable.
